Thanks to the dedicated volunteer watering brigade this summer, Springwater Meadows is thriving! Well over 90 percent of the trees and shrubs our community planted last January survived the HOT summer. THANK YOU volunteers! The Joint Office of Homeless Services intends to put an emergency shelter for homeless adults at SE 61st and SE Foster Rd. The Willamette Center in Westmoreland has been cited to them as a successful example.
