Thanks to the dedicated volunteer watering brigade this summer, Springwater Meadows is thriving! Well over 90 percent of the trees and shrubs our community planted last January survived the HOT summer.  THANK YOU volunteers! Now it’s time for Round Two.  We will take a look at how the plants are doing one year in (hint, they’re doing great!), hear about some exciting next steps, and prep the site with more cardboard and mulch for the next round of planting in January, 2018. Please bring gloves, wheelbarrows, shovels and box cutters (if you have them), along with your water bottle and weather-ready attire as we join friends and neighbors in getting this beautiful neighborhood gem ready for even more native plants. This is an all-ages event. Everyone is welcome!
