NHN is a volunteer organization in North Portland dedicated to cleaning up the trash at local campsites. They would like to support similar programs in other parts of town. 7:00 Clean Camp PDX -Will Denecke. Clean Camp has funding to distribute supported trash bins around the city at problem camp sites, and provides employment to the unhoused as part of their program. One four-story building will include 112 residential units, inclusionary housing, and 25 on-site covered car parking spaces. This plan replaces a plan previously presented to neighborhood and SMILE Land Use Committee on March 2, 2022.
