6:40 Neighbors Helping Neighbors – Patt Opdyke. NHN is a volunteer organization in North Portland dedicated to cleaning up the trash at local campsites. They would like to support similar programs in other parts of town.

7:00 Clean Camp PDX -Will Denecke. Clean Camp has funding to distribute supported trash bins around the city at problem camp sites, and provides employment to the unhoused as part of their program. They are looking for partner neighborhoods.
