A new development at 2500 SE Tacoma is being planned. This is the empty lot directly west of Les Schwab Tires.  One four-story building will include 112 residential units, inclusionary housing, and 25 on-site covered car parking spaces. This plan replaces a plan previously presented to neighborhood and SMILE Land Use Committee on March 2, 2022. The architect will meet with neighbors and the SMILE Land Use Committee to present their plans.
