6:00 p.m.            Introductions and Announcements – Scott Kelly, Chair, Transportation Committee. 6:10 p.m.          Daylighting Intersections –To improve visibility, pedestrian safety, and to comply with State Law, PBOT will move or install No Parking signs 20 feet from crosswalks (painted or not) at about 13 intersections in our neighborhood next fall or winter. They will also paint red curbs at daylighted intersections adjacent to schools. These priority intersections are in school zones and pedestrian districts. We decided to make our next meeting also be a "Sellwood shine" meeting based around cleanup.   We will  head towards the intersection of 17th and Tacoma.  No special clothes are needed, and cleanup supplies will be provided.

The Everything Under the Sun Parade is a people-powered celebration of radical joy and community connection. The route loops through the Sellwood neighborhood led by a giant papier-mâché sun puppet. Sign up to parade or just line the streets as a spectator.  Details HERE.
