6:00 p.m.            Introductions and Announcements – Scott Kelly, Chair, Transportation Committee. 6:10 p.m.          Daylighting Intersections –To improve visibility, pedestrian safety, and to comply with State Law, PBOT will move or install No Parking signs 20 feet from crosswalks (painted or not) at about 13 intersections in our neighborhood next fall or winter. They will also paint red curbs at daylighted intersections adjacent to schools. These priority intersections are in school zones and pedestrian districts. We’ll review the list and discuss any feedback SMILE would like to give PBOT, including possibly requesting bike corrals in the vacated parking spaces. 6:45 p.m.          […]
