The SMILE bylaws were last updated in 2011. After much discussion the SMILE Board is recommending several changes to the bylaws ranging from significant to housekeeping. Per our existing bylaws, SMILE members must approve bylaw changes by a 2/3 majority. That vote will take place at the General Meeting scheduled for March 5th @ 7:30 p.m. Please take a few minutes to review the proposed changes:
