6:20 p.m.    Oaks Bottom Habitat Enhancement Project – Springwater Closure – Scott Kelly.   Discuss proposed Springwater Corridor temporary closure in summer 2018 and proposed detour routes. Discuss recommending the SMILE Board send a letter to BES and PBOT requesting parking be removed on both sides of Milwaukie Ave from Reedway to Mitchell and temporary bike lanes be installed on this section during the Springwater closure and detour.
