6:10 p.m. Draft Letter to PBOT regarding Sellwood traffic follow-up analysis – Scott Kelly. The committee will review a draft letter for the SMILE Board to send to PBOT requesting a follow-up analysis of the 2019 Phase I speed bump project and the signal at 6th & Tacoma.
