6:25 p.m. Discuss traffic and parking conflicts on Knapp between 13th & Milwaukie Ave – Mike Strooband.
6:45 p.m. Consider supporting a letter requesting PBOT and ODOT close eastbound Insley Street at Hwy 99E – Scott Kelly.
