605-615PM: A brief update by Rodney Pfleiger on further ideas for a south Tacoma bridgehead property. There are no plans or dates at this time.

615-635PM: Presentation by Vikki DeGaa of project at 1725 SE Tenino (formerly Mike’s Drive-in) which includes Mike’s as well as a property directly east of it which is a proposal for a new apartment building with 78 units. Developer is not required to attend, but has sent site plans and elevations to be shared with neighbors.

635-655PM: Presentation by Miriam Erb of proposal for 1635 (and 1637) SE Nehalem,
which currently has a single-family home and the Sky Heating & Air Conditioning industrial building. The parcel is just west of Skybox Pub and Grill, and has 11,076 sq. ft. (0.25 acre) and it’s zoned CS. The proposal is for a 61-unit apartment building with 17 parking
spaces. Developer is not required to attend, but has sent site plans and elevations to be shared with neighbors.
