7:30 p.m. – Welcome and introductions.

7:35 p.m. – Review and pass minutes for April 4 meeting.

7:40 p.m. – SMILE Board Election, Miriam Erb, SMILE Board Member & Nominating Committee Chair.  All of the candidates for the SMILE board introduce themselves in brief (2-3 minute) speeches and then all SMILE members present in the room will vote. The votes will be collected, tallied, and announced at the end of the meeting.

8:20 p.m. – Discussion: Oaks Bottom Habitat Enhancement Project, Ronda Fast, Environmental Program Coordinator, City of Portland Environmental Services.

8:50 p.m. – SMILE Board Election, Mirian Erb, SMILE Board Member & Nominating Committee Chair. The results are in! All new (and repeat) SMILE board members are announced.

9:00 p.m.  – Adjourn.
