Our neighborhood is experiencing increasing levels of multifamily development. Currently there are 1,119 multifamily units under development in the Mixed Use designated areas in our neighborhood, with more multifamily units planned or on the horizon. This discussion will address the increased demand for transit in our area, and hear from residents about gaps they perceive and needed changes or additions to transit facilities.
