Two members of Portland’s Boundary Commission will discuss the three proposals being considered for Portland’s new voting districts. Sharon VanSickle-Robbins and Melody Valdini will make a brief presentation then answer questions from the SMILE Board and members in attendance.  The Board will then decide what, if any, official position to take on the proposals.
