1) Discuss a potential letter from the Board to Union Pacific Railroad requesting they address idling engine noise and air pollution.

2) Update regarding installing bike racks at the SMILE Station.

3) Report on proposed Parking Survey.

4) Report on duplex development at 8325 SE 19th Avenue and possible Board support of a request for two driveways.
