process to install speed bumps in Sellwood.

8:05 p.m. Discussion: continuing Marketing Consultant position – Kevin Palmer, SMILE Board and Marketing Committee member.

8:15 p.m. Update: Friends of Moreland Woods – Elizabeth Milner, SNAC Committee Co-Chair & SMILE Board member.

8:30 p.m. Review: SMILE finances and budget for 2018-19 – Pat Hainley, SMILE Treasurer and Board member.
