7:55 p.m. – Update: Sellwood Community Center.  Gail Hoffnagle, SMILE Vice President & Friends of Sellwood Community Center Chair.

8:00 p.m. – Update: brick pathway fundraiser.  Kim Borcherding, Board member and Fundraising Committee Chair.

8:05 p.m. – Update: Transportation Committee.  Scott Kelly, Transportation Committee Chair.  Review draft letter recommending including Reedway Crossing in Metro bond & annual review of transportation issues.

8:20 p.m. – Discussion: Land Use Issues.  David Schoellhamer, Land Use Committee Chair.  Testimony on the Better Housing by Design Project Proposed Draft Report.  The Land Use Committee will present draft testimony, the Board will discuss it, revise it, and vote on approving it. In addition, the board needs to approve this year’s Land Use Committee membership.
