7:40  Discussion: Tacoma Street area traffic – Rich Newlands, Project Manager, PBOT.  The latest options to reduce or address traffic congestion on Tacoma Street and cut through traffic in the surrounding area in Sellwood.

8:20  Review of SMILE fiscal budget for first quarter – Patrick Hainley, SMILE Board Member & Treasurer.

8:45  Discussion: Creating a part-time marketing position.  The SMILE Board needs to vote on the creation of a new part-time marketing job (at first on a trial basis only), to promote the Oaks Pioneer Church and the SMILE Station.
