A 4-story, 232 unit apartment building with basement garage is proposed where the current Boys & Girls Club is located. The site is on the block bordered by Rural, 16th, Ogden, and Milwaukie. Current plans show the garage access on 16th. The Transportation Committee will discuss the access location and potential transportation impacts. The developer’s agent, Aaron Jones, has indicated he will attend to answer questions and discuss options.
