We will discuss and outline SMILE testimony to be submitted to the Planning and Sustainability and Design Review Commissions if approved by the SMILE Board. The River Plan/South Reach project will update the Willamette Greenway Plan for the City’s southern reach of the Willamette River for the next twenty years. Attend an Open House to learn more and discuss the first draft of the River Plan.
