DOZA will revise the design overlay in the zoning code which applies to most multifamily properties in SMILE and will apply to most commercial properties beginning in 2018, so it will significantly affect development in our neighborhood. Special Transportation Committee Meeting – Signal @ 6th & Tacoma
PBOT Project Manager Rich Newland will attend the meeting to discuss issues with the new signal at SE 6th and Tacoma.   At this meeting Rich would like to hear some of the neighborhood concerns and comments, and he’ll tell us how they’re going to proceed. This will be the first step, followed by collecting new traffic volume and speed data, and recommending improvements or changes.
