AGENDA Update on the 9/28/22 meeting and additional correspondence with Portland Parks and Recreation staff regarding a proposed new agreement between SMILE and PP&R to manage Oaks Pioneer Church. Options for alternative proposals. Vote to authorize Elaine O'Keefe (President), Elizabeth Milner (Vice-President) and Pat Hainley (Treasurer) to negotiate a new agreement with PP&R and seek legal counsel as needed.
