This is the empty lot directly west of Les Schwab Tires.  One four-story building will include 112 residential units, inclusionary housing, and 25 on-site covered car parking spaces. This month's SMILE General Meeting is all about nature! Join us to learn about permaculture and healthy communities from local architect and activist Mark Lakeman, seed-starting from Master Gardener Carole Hardy, and gardening for native plants and wildlife from the East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District. We will also hear a presentation from the Metro Climate Action Team on natural gas in our homes and steps we can take to keep our families healthy.
