Special Land Use Committee Meeting
SMILE Station 8210 SE 13th Street, Portland, OR, United States7:00 - 7:05 PM: Introductions. 7:05 - 9:00 PM: Discuss the Better Housing by Design Project Proposed Draft Report to be released May 11 and list recommended testimony for the SMILE Board to consider adopting at their May 16 meeting. The Project is proposing to change the code for multifamily zones to increase allowable housing types, increase density, increase affordable housing, limit the size of buildings, change requirements for outdoor space, and improve building design.
