Westmoreland Park portland, OR, United StatesThis is your one-stop-shop for getting rid of bulky items like old vacuum cleaners, mattresses, furniture, scrap wood, empty paint cans and cat castles upholstered in blue carpet taking up valuable space in their homes in exchange for a small fee. You can also safely dispose of old electronics -- phones, computers, etc. Please note that NO construction, remodeling, demolition or hazardous waste is accepted! And please, no kitchen garbage or curbside recyclables at this event.
Main Street Design Initiative Neighborhood Meeting
This is the first of three community meetings to set goals, create a vision and establish priorities for new growth and development that acknowledges existing character and supports economic growth and vitality. The Initiative will provide a guide, or toolkit, for developers and designers working with the neighborhood to create a vibrant, healthy community-oriented, pedestrian-friendly urban neighborhood.
