Saturday is Decemberville, when our wonderful neighborhood shops, cafes and community groups open their doors and hearts with holiday cheer. Please review ahead of time. 6:40 Neighbors Helping Neighbors - Patt Opdyke. NHN is a volunteer organization in North Portland dedicated to cleaning up the trash at local campsites. They would like to support similar programs in other parts of town. 7:00 Clean Camp PDX -Will Denecke. Clean Camp has funding to distribute supported trash bins around the city at problem camp sites, and provides employment to the unhoused as part of their program.
