A new development at 2500 SE Tacoma is being planned. This is the empty lot directly west of Les Schwab Tires.  One four-story building will include 112 residential units, inclusionary housing, and 25 on-site covered car parking spaces. This plan replaces a plan previously presented to neighborhood and SMILE Land Use Committee on March 2, 2022. The architect will meet with neighbors and the SMILE Land Use Committee to present their plans. This is youropportunity to learn more about their plans, design, schedule for construction, and more.
