6-6:05: Welcome, Zoom protocols, and introductions
6:05-7:05: Proposed zoning change at 5515 SE Milwaukie: Discuss Hearings Officer recommendation supporting the proposal, the upcoming City Council hearing (not yet scheduled, estimated in May), SMILE testimony, and advocacy.
7:05-7:15: Design standard PR1: This standard requires a 12-foot ground floor height along civic and neighborhood corridors. At 1666 SE Lambert, RM2 zone, this requirement was applied to townhomes and their garages, increasing cost and height. For DOZA, we said this should not apply to RM1 and were ignored. Should we make a Regulatory Improvement Request to change this to an optional standard in RM1 and RM2 zones?
