6:05 – 6:15 PM: 1666 SE Lambert: Discussion of development land use process and followup to December 17 Neighborhood Contact Meeting.

6:15 – 6:55 PM: 1666 SE Lambert: Revise draft written design comments.

6:55 – 7:00 PM: Letter to BDS on new Neighborhood Contact rules: Remove land use review steps from poster when no review and distribute meeting ground rules.  Any other suggestions?

7:00 – 7:15 PM: Design Overlay Zone Amendments (DOZA):  The Recommended Draft report is at https://www.portland.gov/bps/doza.  This will significantly change the design overlay zoning rules which apply to much of our neighborhood.  A City Council hearing will be held not before March 2021.  The Planning Commission did not adopt our previous testimony.  Discuss our response and advocacy plan.
