Meeting Agenda:

5:45 – 6:00 PM: Zoom waiting room open.

6:00 – 6:05 PM: Welcome and meeting protocols.

6:05 – 6:15 PM: Review of zoning code by David Schoellhamer, Chair, SMILE Land Use Committee.

6:15 – 7:30 PM: Presentation on the proposed project by Sean O’Neill, Scotia Western States Housing, and discussion. The project is at the Casa del Padre church property, and includes three buildings 3- or 4- stories tall, 86 residential units, and 46 on-site parking spaces.  This is an opportunity to learn more about the plans, design, schedule for construction, and more.  There will be time to ask questions and talk to the developers.
