600-605PM: Introductions
605-630PM: 1607 SE Reedway Street: Neighborhood contact meeting for a 7-unit, 2-3 story development. This is an opportunity for the neighbors to discuss project design with the developer. Steve Fosler, Project Architect, will be our guest.
630-700PM: 2212 SE Lambert Street: Neighborhood contact meeting for a development with 5 attached units each with a private garage. This is an opportunity for the neighbors to discuss project design with the developer. Eddie Radulescu, Project Architect, will be our guest.
700-710PM: Cornice gap: The cornice required by the EX and commercial zones design overlay protrudes from buildings, so the building must be set back one foot from the property lines shared with similarly zoned properties to have a cornice. This makes a small 1-2 foot gap at the property line between buildings that serves no purpose and collects trash. This has come up at the 13th and Marion development. Should SMILE ask the PSC to consider revising the cornice requirement at their RICAP hearing in December?
