6:05 – 7:15 PM: Better Housing by Design Recommended Draft: This City Project is revising the zoning rules for multi-family zones. We will discuss and outline SMILE testimony to be submitted to City Council if approved by the SMILE Board. A City Council hearing is expected in late September.
