6:00 - 6:05: Welcome and introductions. 6:05 - 7:05: Housing Regulatory Relief Project Proposed Draft Report: The City has proposed suspending or eliminating some regulations for projects that provide housing in order to encourage production of new housing.  The Planning Commission will hold a hearing October 24.  More information is at https://www.portland.gov/bps/planning/housing-regulatory-relief/news/2023/9/22/proposals-remove-housing-production-barriers.
