6:05 – 7:05: Neighborhood Contact meeting for proposed development at 2500 SE Tacoma Street. Two 4-story buildings with 56 studio apartments, inclusionary housing, and no car parking is proposed. The architect, David Rodeback, will present plans via Zoom to the SMILE Land Use Committee and neighborhood. This is your opportunity to learn more about their plans, design, schedule for construction, and more.

7:05 – 7:15: The Committee will discuss the February 16 hearing on the proposed zoning change at 5515 SE Milwaukie and next steps.
