6:00 – 6:05 PM: Introductions.

6:05 – 7:15pm: Draft Sellwood-Moreland Main Street Design Guidelines — final community meeting to discuss the guidelines. These are voluntary design guidelines and provide helpful community tools for new development. In collaboration with PDX Main Streets, SMILE, Sellwood-Moreland Business Association, the community and our design consultants (Forage Design and Qamar Architecture & Town Planning), new Sellwood-Moreland Draft Main Street Design Guidelines have been developed. These help to clarify the community’s vision for the future of Sellwood-Moreland as well as identifying desired character and identity, special buildings and goals.  Review the Draft Sellwood-Moreland Main Streets Design Guidelines.
