6:00 – 6:05 PM: Introductions.

6:05 – 6:45 PM: Neighborhood contact meetings for a 3-story 15-unit apartment building at 5308 SE 18th and a 3-story 17-unit apartment building on the southern 1/3 of property at 5145 SE McLoughlin. Both projects will be built in a modern style and use the design review process rather than community design standards. Architect Steve Fosler will discuss the projects.

6:45 – 7:05 PM: Update on proposed development at 5736 SE 17th Avenue, Tenth Church of Christ Scientist. Since our previous meeting on this, the City is now requiring a new street connect 17th and 18th rather than a pedestrian path. The proposal will be subject to a public land use review.

7:05 – 7:15PM: Update on Sellwood-Moreland developments: Shari Gilevich will discuss recent changes. We track ongoing developments in the pipeline and our spreadsheet is available at http://smilesellwood.wpengine.com/land-use/ .
