6:05 – 6:40PM: Neighborhood contact for 5736 SE 17^th Ave, the Tenth Church of Christ Scientist.  Architect Cody Johnecheck will tell us about a proposal to build 31 townhomes.

6:40 – 7:15PM: Discussion of the proposed conceptual framework for new Design Standards and Guidelines.  Architect John Schupp will help us understand this architecturally-based proposal.  We will decide what comments to submit to the City’s Design Overlay Zone Amendments Project that wrote the Tools Concept Report available at https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/70324 .
