8:05 p.m. Discussion: Land Use Committee Issues – David Schoellhamer, SMILE Land Use Committee Chair. A proposal to amend Land Use Committee Guidelines for submittal of comments and testimony, allowing the Committee to submit when staff is the audience and requiring Board approval when a appointed or elected body is the audience. Also the board will review and consider approving written testimony to the Planning and Sustainability Commission on the Neighborhood Contact Code Update Project Proposed Draft Report.
