7:45 p.m.     Discussion: Land Use Committee issues – David Schoellhamer – SMILE Land Use Committee Chair.  Comments on Neighborhood Contact Code Project Discussion Draft; Report and testimony on Residential Infill Project Proposed Draft Report.  Discuss both and consider approving comments and testimony prepared by the Land Use Committee.

8:40 p.m.  Discussion:  Fee increase at Sellwood Community Garden –  Leslie Pohl Kosbau, Friends of Portland Community Gardens. Seeking SMILE support in opposition of a planned 40% plots fee increase
