Help the neighborhood celebrate St Patrick’s Day on March 17th.  St. Agatha is having a parade and celebration with fun for the whole family. The parade, featuring the Sellwood Middle School Marching Band, will kick off the festival at noon, as hundreds of visitors, including children with decorated bikes and wagons, march through Sellwood and Westmoreland proudly wearing their Irish green.  A family-friendly festival will be awaiting the children as they return to St. Agatha Catholic School from the parade. Children of all ages will enjoy an old-fashioned carnival and high-energy entertainment under the Festival tent. Your taste buds will enjoy authentic Irish food and a selection of different options from local food cart vendors lined along the street. Ireland’s famous Guinness beer will be flowing in the beer garden along with other local favorites.
