SMILE Land Use Committee Meeting

6:00-6:05 PM: Introductions

6:05-6:35 PM: 824 & 838 SE Tacoma: Neighborhood contact meeting for a land division for two existing houses into separate parcels. They cannot meet the parking setback requirement based on the location of the two homes which will remain, so a type IIx procedure and neighborhood contact meeting are required.

6:35-7:00 PM: 7805 SE 13th: discuss land use notice for an adjustment to build a wing wall parallel to Lambert Street to hide the required stepbacks on the west side of the building.  Decide what if any position to take.  Comments are due December 12. The notice will be available from  https://www.portlandoregon.gov/BDS/35625.

7:00-7:15 PM: Better Housing by Design Project (Multi-dwelling zones): a revised proposal is expected soon, discuss our timeline for review.  More information is at https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/71903.
