7:40 – Land Use Committee: Review committee guidelines; SMILE Board approval of committee membership; approval of testimony –
David Schoellhamer, Land use Committee Chair.  The proposed SMILE testimony will be sent to the Planning and Sustainability Commission on the 2035 Comprehensive Plan Map Refinement Project Proposed Draft Report.  The SMILE Land Use Committee has reviewed the report and recommends that the SMILE Board submit testimony asking that zoning on 5301-5313 SE 19th Ave. be revised due to an error in the Comprehensive Plan map.
