AGENDA:

1. Oaks Park Renovation – Enhancing Bicycle Amenities.  Oaks Park is applying for a $40,000 METRO Regional Travel Options Grant, which it would use to fund the purchase of the following bike infrastructure as part of Oaks Park’s renovation:  Six covered bicycle shelters (each shelter can accommodate 3 U racks or 6 bikes, and the shelters could be combined to create a larger parking areas); 20 u-rack style bicycle racks; one public bike repair stand with attached tools; one floor mounted wheel chock; one public bike pump.  The SMILE Board will vote later on 3/19 on a letter of support for the grant.
2. Traffic study results discussion – any next steps based on results?
3. Street mural design contest update – April 15th deadline.
4. Inviting District 4 counselors to a SMILE General Meetings – potential dates and topics
