6:00 – 6:05 PM: Introductions.
6:05 – 6:45 PM: Neighborhood Contact meeting for 5236 SE 18th: Architects Gunnar Langhus and Richard Grimes will present and discuss a proposal for an 18 unit apartment building.
6:45 – 6:55 PM: Updates on SMILE comments on the Better Housing by Design Project and SMILE testimony on the Map Refinement Project that were the subject of our February meeting (David Schoellhamer).
6:55 – 7:05 PM: General discussion of other issues: Possibly including our website, projects list, Residential Infill Project, and other topics.
