Public Hearing – Proposed Zoning Change at 5515 SE Milwaukie Avenue

The zoning change, if approved, would change how some parcels could be used. The size of allowable buildings would increase on most parcels, up to a maximum of 10 stories, typically, however, 4-7 stories are built. There is no development being proposed at this time.
