6:05 – 7:15  Neighborhood Contact Meeting for proposed development at 8127 SE 13th Avenue (13th & Tenino):  A new development will include two buildings sharing a common wall, 3 and 4 stories tall, retail space, 38 residential units, and no car parking.  The architect for the project, Bob Thompson of TVA Architects, will present and discuss their plans.  This is your opportunity to learn more about their plans, design, schedule for construction, and more.
