6:00 – 6:05 – Welcome, Zoom protocols, and introductions.
6:05 – 6:40 – Tentatively approved zoning change at 5515 SE Milwaukie: Discuss status, evaluate new conditions, consider LUBA appeal.
6:40 – 6:55 – Removal of landslide zone from Sellwood Bluff: During the June 1 hearing, we learned that the Residential Infill Project 2 (RIP2) removed the landslide zone from Sellwood bluff. We will discuss why and our response.
6:55 – 7:05 – Sundae in the Park: Does the Land Use Committee want a table? It will be July 31.
7:05 – 7:15- 2022-2023 Committee budget: Do we need money from SMILE? Budget requests are due August 1.
