Yes, our Neighborhood Response Team PPB officers have visited this intersection to address specific recent camping, drug dealing and other crime complaints.  However, there is a potential role for the Community Safety Committee to serve as liaisons to two key businesses, 7-11 and CVS, to seek to engage their ownership in best practices such as knowing their rights and reporting crime to PPB —  much as we did previously with QFC.  A site walk with PEMO seems in order, if the businesses’ buy-in can be achieved.  All ideas are welcome.
