6:00 – 6:05: Welcome, Zoom protocols, and introductions.

6:05 – 6:30: Preparing for a meeting on 5515 SE Milwaukie proposed upzone (to RM4, up to 10 stories). The purpose of this future meeting would be to outline testimony to propose the SMILE Board approve.  Tonight we will review the scope of the proposal, discuss the Type III review process and timing of meetings (ours, Board, hearing), and plan flyer distribution.

6:30 – 6:45: Preparing for December 1 Neighborhood contact meeting on Sellwood Bridgehead: Tonight we will discuss information to request from the developer, application of Sellwood-Moreland Design Guidelines, and plan flyer distribution.

6:45 – 7:00: Updates from Committee members.
